Short Description

Job Responsibility

  • Testing of new materials in the serial production
  • Elaboration of MCL's under consideration of optimal production processes
  • Development of proposals for changes to production documentation (work instructions, assembly instructions, etc.) and communication of these to global process development
  • Ensure that in production are used from project definied tools, methods, process flow, documentations
  • Iniciation of production process or flow change, creation of new process
  • Creation of internal documentation such as information documents, creation and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Definition of necessary equipment and specification sheet and participation in equipment development and design and milestone control - for CIP
  • Definition and implementation of measures in the case of internal and external complaints
  • Initialisation and implementation of CIP with the aim of making production as efficient, cost-effective and safe as possible, taking safety and ergonomics into account. This also includes initiating changes and collaborating on FMEA with local quality
  • Training of local staff for new technology and new processes incl. documentation
  • Planing and building of production line incl. layouts according the product manufacturing under consideration of optimal process and material flow
  • Capex and Budget Invest preparation local
  • FMEA participation/changes initialization
  • Ensuring the fullfilling of local legal rules and safety
  • Support in ensuring the trouble-free implementation of new products / processes as part of a project
  • Support of other plants for enquiries regarding existing production

Qualification & Work Experience

Technical or Administrative qualification (e.g., diploma, certification, or degree) in a related field

1 - 3 years of work experience in relevant area
