Job Summary:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and assessing candidates to placing them in roles that make a real difference. You'll build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring every placement meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role also includes handling payroll queries, managing shift bookings and cancellations, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Pipeline Management
  • Proactively source qualified healthcare professionals via job boards, social media, referrals, and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet client demand.
  • Support compliance efforts by collecting and verifying documentation.
  • Candidate Experience & Engagement
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience through consistent communication and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Confirm availability and resolve queries to ensure smooth placements
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and salary benchmarks.
  • Provide strategic insights to inform recruitment and business development efforts.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure CRM systems are updated daily.
  • Manage shift bookings and cancellations, reconfirm placements, and reduce no-shows.
  • Assist with payroll queries and timesheet issues to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Collaboration & Client Management
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, compliance, payroll) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, offering tailored recruitment solutions and workforce planning advice.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within healthcare.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
