Key Responsibilities:1. Purchasing & Vendor Management - Process purchase requests and purchase orders in accordance with company policies. - Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotes to ensure best value. - Maintain and update vendor records, various reports, and contract information. - Coordinate communication between suppliers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery timelines, and issues. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, support the sourcing cycle including RFIs, RFPs and RFQs 2. Compliance & Documentation - Ensure all purchases follow company procurement policies and compliance standards. - Prepare and maintain procurement files, contracts, and documentation for audits. - Support contract management tasks including contract preparation, redlines, renewals, expirations, and updates, document routing for approvals. 3. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare procurement reports such as spend analysis, supplier performance, and savings tracking. - Support forecasting activities and help identify cost-saving opportunities. - Maintain databases and dashboards related to purchasing activities. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement workflows. - Support procurement projects, improvement initiatives, and process optimization. Skills & Qualifications:Required - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - Fluent in English - B2, able to maintain business conversations with suppliers and stakeholders - 5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (or equivalent). - Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems (ERP). - Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of contract management and vendor negotiations - Familiarity with sourcing strategies and procurement best practices - Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar platforms. Preferred - Knowledge and expertise in the following categories: Facilities, Travel, Marketing and Non-Technology among others - Experience in Strategic Sourcing within the US market (services and indirect categories) - The strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills to act as an effective change agent. - A consistent track record of delivering business impact in a complex corporate environment and Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, business travel acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are also critical.
