¿Qué harás en este rol?

Serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial que impulsen nuestro ecosistema de salud digital. Colaborarás con equipos de producto, ingeniería, datos y negocio, desarrollando modelos inteligentes que transformen la experiencia de usuarios y operación.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, entrenar y optimizar modelos de Machine Learning y Deep Learning.
  • Implementar soluciones en Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Construir pipelines de datos para preparación y transformación de información.
  • Desplegar, monitorear y mantener modelos de IA con herramientas MLOps en GCP.
  • Integrar modelos inteligentes en aplicaciones web y móviles.
  • Documentar procesos, métricas y decisiones técnicas.
  • Evaluar nuevas tecnologías de IA para fortalecer nuestras capacidades.
  • Cumplimiento ético, seguridad y privacidad de datos sensibles de salud.
  • Participar activamente en metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería en Sistemas, IA, Ciencia de Datos, Matemáticas, Física o afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en ML/DL.
  • Dominio de Python y librerías: TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Experiencia con GCP: Vertex AI, BigQuery / BigQuery ML, AutoML, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions.
  • Conocimientos en CI/CD, Docker o Kubernetes (deseable).
  • Integración de APIs en aplicaciones web o móviles.
  • Bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
  • Comprensión de principios de seguridad y manejo ético de datos.
