Buscamos una Customer Service (Especialista en redes sociales) enfocado/a en atención al cliente y seguimiento comercial. Será responsable de dar seguimiento a prospectos que soliciten información de nuestros productos y gestionar relaciones comerciales a través de plataformas digitales.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender, dar seguimiento y cerrar ventas con prospectos interesados en nuestro portafolio.
- Crear y mantener un portafolio de nuevos clientes mediante ventas recurrentes en redes sociales, asegurando un acercamiento efectivo a la marca.
- Planificación y ejecución de estrategias de social media.
- Gestión de crisis y manejo de reputación digital.
- Identificación de tendencias y oportunidades para mejorar la presencia online.
Requisitos
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad o a fin
- Experiencia: 6 meses mínimo en proyectos de redes sociales, publicidad, mkt digital.
Habilidades clave:
- Excelente ortografía y redacción.
- Conocimiento en herramientas de programación de contenido (Meta Business).
- Manejo básico de diseño (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Análisis de métricas en redes sociales.
- Creatividad y capacidad de adaptación a tendencias.
- Actitud proactiva y trabajo en equipo.
Beneficios:
- Salario de $10,000.00 libres mensuales
- Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 am a 7:00 pm
