The role:

We're looking for a strategic consultant to be the face of Kuona with key clients. You'll combine consulting expertise with hands-on execution to translate commercial challenges into technology solutions that generate measurable ROI.

What you'll do:

  • Lead implementations and ensure successful platform adoption
  • Diagnose business needs and design actionable commercial strategies
  • Manage executive relationships with key stakeholders in CPG organizations
  • Conduct business reviews demonstrating ROI and tangible results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value delivered to clients

We're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years in strategic consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles
  • Experience at firms like McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, Sintec, Auric (highly valued)
  • Knowledge of CPG and/or Retail industry
  • Strong analytical profile with ability to interpret data and generate strategic insights
  • Exceptional communication skills and AI-first mindset
  • Hands-on attitude and results orientation

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), pricing, or promotions
  • Experience with BI/analytics platforms
