Responsabilidades principales
Planear y supervisar la operación diaria del SPA.
Gestionar al equipo de terapeutas, recepcionistas y personal de apoyo.
Controlar presupuestos, costos y rentabilidad del área.
Diseñar estrategias de venta, promociones y programas de bienestar.
Garantizar estándares de higiene, seguridad y servicio.
Supervisar inventarios de productos y cabinas.
Analizar indicadores de satisfacción del huésped y revenue.
Perfil requerido
Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo, Wellness o afín.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en SPA hotelero o centros de bienestar.
Conocimiento en terapias, protocolos y retail.
Inglés intermedio–avanzado.
