We are looking for a Sales Support professional to serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing the full customer lifecycle from detailed quotation development to order processing while ensuring optimal profitability. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer satisfaction, maintaining pricing integrity, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to meet business and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, ensuring timely and accurate support throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Develop detailed and accurate quotations by analyzing material costs, labor, margins, and customer requirements.
  • Track, manage, and expedite customer orders through the production process to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate change orders, open orders, and documentation to ensure accuracy, transparency, and effective communication.
  • Collaborate daily with Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service teams to align priorities and meet customer commitments.
  • Set up pricing for new materials, including cost analysis, margin evaluation, and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases while ensuring data accuracy across systems.
  • Review margin reports, analyze actual versus projected costs, and identify low-margin products with recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop quotations for complex assemblies using tiered pricing structures.
  • Support purchasing activities by coordinating vendor pricing requests and material quotations.
  • Act as the primary contact for part number creation, coordinating with global teams to ensure master data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, pricing policies, and system requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Advanced Excel skills for pricing, margin analysis, and reporting.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
