Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth order management? Join our team as aBilingual Customer Service Representativeand play a key role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and strong coordination across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding inquiries, status updates, tracking numbers, and proof of delivery.
  • Assist customers by improving delivery dates and managing urgent requests in SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve service-related complaints or errors in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Research and prepare annual inventory rotations.
  • Contact customers regarding shipping issues or material shortages.
  • Provide quotes to assigned accounts as needed.
  • Receive, enter, and verify orders from end customers, manufacturer reps, authorized distributors, or direct sales.
  • Coordinate with document owners to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Cross-check entered data with original documents to detect errors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using SAP.
  • Valid U.S. VISA (preferred).
