Role Overview:

The HR Trainee supports in administrative process in all areas of HR. Will be a great opportunity to learn from all areas of HR. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the administrative process
  • Help with the recruitment and selection process
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Suport in the onbaording process
  • Training and Development area support
  • Labor Relations area support

Critical Competencies for Success

  • Still Studing the Business Administration Degree, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources degree or similar
  • 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must)
  • intermediate english level (desirable)
  • Microsoft (word, power point, excel) skills
  • Good attitude
  • Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday thru Friday.
