The Opportunity

As a Tactical Buyer, you'll help secure goods, materials, and services that keep our business running smoothly—balancing cost, quality, and delivery while driving innovation and sustainability. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity of supply.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms to optimize cost and value.

  • Monitor market trends and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Partner with internal teams to define sourcing needs and service levels.

  • Drive continuous improvement and automation through tools like SAP Ariba Guided Buying.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Recommend and execute frame agreements aligned with business objectives.

  • Support purchasing functions and communicate supply issues proactively.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.

  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, regulations, and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).

  • Excellent negotiation and project management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

  • Strong communication skills with English proficiency.
