Misión del puesto:
Será responsable de ejecutar las actividades de administración de herramientas de seguridad de los clientes para quienes están asignados.
Funciones / Actividades:
- Altas, bajas y cambios de configuración de las herramientas administradas.
- Elaboración de información del estado de seguridad de la herramienta.
- Atención de tickets.
- Ejecutar actividades proactivas para identificar brechas de seguridad en la infraestructura del cliente y reportarlo internamente.

Perfil de puesto:
Licenciatura en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o afín.
Se requieren mínimo 6 meses de experiencia combinada en servicio y atención al cliente referente a networking y/o administración de servidores windows (tomamos en cuenta Prácticas Profesionales y/o Servicio Social)
Conocimiento y Destrezas Requeridos (adiestramiento especializado):
Lenguaje de programación
Conocimiento de Networking
Destrezas en Programas, Herramientas y/o Equipo:
Conocimiento de herramientas de Ciberseguridad.
Usos de herramientas de tickets, monitoreo de red y herramientas de correlación.
Idiomas adicionales:
Inglés - Básico
Ofrecemos:
Salario competitivo $11,000 a $13,500 bruto.
Prestaciones superiores a las de ley.
Flexibilidad de trabajo (mayormente Home Office).
