You Are
UST is looking for a
Database Engineer
to work under a Fixed Term Position for 9 months. This is a remote position in Mexico and will be supporting 1 of our clients in the semiconductor field.

The Opportunity

• Operate with minimal guidance to develop error-free code test applications and document the development process.
• Understand application features and component designs to develop them in accordance with user stories and requirements.
• Code debug test documents and communicate the stages of product component or feature development.
• Develop optimized code using appropriate approaches and algorithms while adhering to standards and security guidelines independently.
• Complete foundational level certifications in Azure AWS or GCP.
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need
3+ years of experience in the following areas:

• DBT
• Database development (especially Snowflake)
• Airflow
• PowerBI visualization

Nice To Have

• Azure/Kubernetes container app development
• Credential/key distribution
• Python
