Tus tareas
  • Atención al cliente personalizada vía email y teléfono.

  • Gestión integral de pedidos online: cambios, devoluciones y resolución de incidencias.

  • Seguimiento de envíos y coordinación logística con carriers.

  • Control de roturas de stock y reporte de taras (online y wholesale).

  • Supervisión de operativa en marketplaces: pedidos, envíos, SLA y atención al cliente.

  • Dirección de iniciativas de customer success a nivel transversal.

  • Monitorización y seguimiento de reseñas / reputación digital.

  • Liderazgo de proyectos de mejora continua:

    • feedback para optimización web UX

    • programas de fidelización

    • análisis y segmentación de cliente

  • Soporte logístico interdepartamental: envíos puntuales a wholesale, producción, creativo y distribución de stock a kioskos en México.



Tu perfil
  • Minimo de 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar
  • Nivel de ingles intermedio
  • Capacidad proactiva y resolutiva
