Actuarás como el puente estratégico entre nuestra tecnología y las necesidades críticas de nuestros clientes. Tu misión es gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto —desde entender qué necesita el cliente hasta la implementación final— entregando soluciones personalizadas que generen valor inmediato.
¿Qué harás con nosotros?
Relaciones de valor: Garantizarás que nuestros clientes estén felices y retengamos sus cuentas mediante soluciones a su medida.
Gestión 360: Planificarás y ejecutarás iniciativas priorizadas, balanceando la rentabilidad con los recursos de la startup.
Escalabilidad: Establecerás procesos replicables que nos permitan crecer nuestra oferta de consultoría sin perder calidad.
Control de dependencias: Identificarás y resolverás bloqueos entre equipos internos y externos.
Visibilidad: Crearás planes de trabajo claros y reportarás resultados en tiempo real.
¿Qué esperamos de ti?
Trayectoria: Hasta 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos o estrategias Go-To-Market.
Arquitecto de procesos: Experiencia diseñando modelos de trabajo y metodologías desde cero.
Agilidad: Conocimiento de frameworks ágiles para adaptarte al ritmo del cliente.
Soft Skills: Comunicación asertiva, mucha flexibilidad y pasión por el servicio al cliente.
Tech-savvy: Uso impecable de Notion y Google Suite para mantener todo en orden.
Idioma: Nivel de inglés suficiente para comunicarte efectivamente. (C1)
