SBCX Collections- Customer Service Agent

Collections-Customer Service Agent: SANTA FE, CIUDAD DE MÉXICO

Purpose:

Perform administrator tasks related to repo updates and vendor invoice reconciliation

Duties:

• Fielding calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the United States and providing agile, efficient, and caring service to solve their concerns or provide a clear guidance as to the status of their accounts.
• Retrieve and review repo vendor updates and document customer account to reflect latest update
• Review invoices, reconcile and submit for approval

Profile:

• Scolarship Bachelor's Degree

• Languages English (100%) C1-C2 Full proficiency

• Work Experience 1 year of customer facing phone experience in collections field.

• Hard Skills Excel (basic to intermediate)

Labor Skills: Negotiation and persuation

Active Listening

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Collections Leadership, agents, and business System Owners.
