¿Qué esperamos de ti?

  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia como subgerente o gerente de tienda, idealmente en marcas premium, deportivas o de lujo.
  • Habilidad para liderar equipos con propósito, motivar e inspirar a través del ejemplo.
  • Foco en la excelencia operativa, KPIs de ventas y experiencia del cliente.
  • Interés genuino por el wellness, fitness, moda y comunidad.

Cómo Assistant Manager serás coresponsable de liderear, gestionar y desarrollar continuamente todos los aspectos del negocio de la tienda, así como de crear y mantener un ambiente de trabajo positivo y altamente productivo que se alinee con la misión de la empresa. Deveras de lograr en conjunto con el gerente los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad, los objetivos operativos y los estándares de comercialización.
