Sobre el puesto

Estamos buscando un Desarrollador Golang con experiencia en la construcción de microservicios escalables y conocimiento en infraestructura cloud de AWS. Como parte del equipo técnico, diseñarás, desarrollarás y desplegarás sistemas de alto rendimiento, orientarás a un equipo de ingenieros y promoverás las mejores prácticas en un entorno rápido y colaborativo.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Desarrollar y mantener microservicios usando Golang, garantizando escalabilidad, confiabilidad y rendimiento.
  • Pariticpar en el diseño e implementación de aplicaciones nativas en la nube sobre AWS, utilizando servicios como ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB y S3.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales (DevOps, QA, Producto) para definir requisitos técnicos y entregar código listo para producción.
  • Cumplir con las mejores prácticas para codificación, pruebas y despliegue, incluyendo pipelines de CI/CD (por ejemplo, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)..
  • Optimizar el rendimiento del sistema, solucionar problemas complejos y garantizar alta disponibilidad en entornos de producción.
  • Contribuir a la infraestructura como código utilizando herramientas como Terraform o CloudFormation para gestionar recursos AWS.
  • Comunicarte efectivamente en español e inglés (fluidez C2) para alinear a las partes interesadas, documentar procesos y presentar soluciones técnicas.

Requisitos

  • 3 - 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software, con al menos 3 años enfocados en Golang en entornos productivos.
  • Experiencia comprobada en diseño y despliegue de arquitecturas de microservicios a gran escala.
  • Experiencia con servicios AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, SQS, SNS) y desarrollo cloud-native.
  • Entendimiento de sistemas distribuidos, APIs RESTful, gRPC y arquitecturas basadas en eventos.
  • Experiencia en construcción y optimización de pipelines CI/CD para despliegues automatizados.
  • Experiencia práctica con contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes) y orquestación en entornos AWS.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de monitoreo (CloudWatch, Prometheus) y frameworks de logging.
  • Experiencia demostrada en el uso de herramientas de desarrollo impulsadas por IA (por ejemplo, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) para automatizar tareas rutinarias de codificación, acelerar la entrega de funcionalidades y mejorar la calidad del código.

Ofrecemos sueldo de acuerdo a experiencia + Prestaciones de ley + Prestaciones superiores + Híbrido (con posibilidades a HO)
