We are looking for a Data Science & AI Director that will design and lead the corporate strategy for Artificial Intelligence to maximize the use of technology as a strategic asset. Ensure that AI becomes a competitive advantage by integrating it into key business processes, product/service innovation, and customer experience enhancement, while upholding high ethical, regulatory, and sustainability standards.

Educational requirements:

  • Master's or PhD in AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • Preferred Certifications: AI Responsible (IBM, Stanford, Microsoft), Digital Transformation (MIT, INSEAD), Project/Portfolio Management.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience in leadership roles focused on Data.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, advanced analytics and IA in challenging industries.
  • Commercial expertise and complex decision-making

Knowledge in:

  • AI governance and strategy
  • Complex systems modeling and advanced AI solutions
  • Modern data architectures and big data
  • MLOps and DevOps for data science
  • Model lifecycle management in production environments
  • Business KPIs applied to predictive and prescriptive models
