Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Officer, located in Toluca de Lerdo, MEX. The Operations Officer will oversee day-to-day operations management, ensuring efficient and effective processes within the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing operational efficiency, managing resources, and facilitating communication between departments. The role also involves supporting financial planning and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Knowledge of Finance and financial planning processes
  • Problem-solving skills and an aptitude for process improvement
