Ingeniero de Automatización y Control Facilities

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo de sistemas de análisis de datos de parámetros de Facilities, predicción de fallas en base a Machine Learning y técnicas estadísticas.
  • Planeación y Ejecución de Proyectos de Automatización de Facilities y su Integración al Sistema Metasys, incluye sistemas HVAC, Aire Comprimido, Vacío, Red Eléctrica, Procesos de Agua DI/RO, etc
  • Programación, Administración y Operación del sistema Metasys (integración de nuevos equipos, generación de gráficos, configuración de tendencias y alarmas, programación de rutinas de automatización del edificio, nuevos usuarios).
  • Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo a Sistemas de Control de Facilities
  • Soporte técnico al departamento de Facilities sobre los sistemas de control y sobre Metasys.
  • Mantenimiento del Rol de Calibración de Sensores de Temperatura, Humedad y Partículas.

Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas

  • Carrera de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica o Mecatrónica
  • Experiencia de al menos un año en desarrollo de algoritmos de prediccion Machine Learning en Phyton
  • Experiencia comprobable en manejo de bases de datos SQL y conexion entre servidores
  • Experiencia comprobable en Programación de Controladores y Sistema de Monitoreo Johnson Controls.
  • Experiencia comprobable en automatización de equipos de aire acondicionado
  • Conocimientos y experiencia con sensores para agua y aire (temp, hum, partículas, flujo, presión, pH, Resistividad, PPM), controladores, actuadores, variadores de frecuencia, válvulas, dampers, termostatos
  • Conocimientos en redes de comunicación BACnet MSTP, BACnet IP, Ethernet, Modbus RTU
  • Conocimientos de las normas de seguridad aplicables a trabajo eléctrico, alturas y espacios confinados (requiere DC3 Espacios Confinados, Alturas y Trabajo Eléctrico)

Experiencia y Habilidades Deseadas

  • Conocimientos en sistemas de bombeo, instrumentación
  • Supervision de contratistas, aspectos de seguridad y cumplimiento de plan de trabajo
  • Habilidades blandas desarrolladas
