Responsibilities:

Manage maintenance team, planning maintenance and upkeep operations of the plant equipment & building

facilities. Ensure that all team have the right competences and resources available to complete their duties according to budget and plant needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
  • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
  • Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff
  • Monitor critical spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
  • Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs on time on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as maintenance manager or other managerial role 3 to 4 years minimal.
  • 2 years of experience in planning preventive maintenance scheduling and execution, also critical spare parts

management.

  • Solid understanding of technical aspects of pneumatic, mechanics & electrical systems desirable.
  • Proven experience on follow up of maintenance job orders and fast response to deliver and close activities on

time.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to coach and guide direct reports to solve technical problems.
