Objective

Ensure effective planning and scheduling for the operations and services area based on customer requirements and organizational objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safety in the shipping area through audits, correcting unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, accidents, etc.
  • Ensure scoring in customer portals and compliance with customer-established standards.
  • Ensure compliance with shipments to customers and internal shipments.
  • Ensure correct documentation for customer and internal shipments.
  • Reduce costs related to material movements.
  • Plan at least 3 months ahead for the operations and services area.
  • Ensure 3S in the shipping area.
  • Ensure launch curves, planning, and packaging alternatives for new programs.
  • Ensure product tracking and notify the organization in case of risks.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Administration Engineering, or related fields.
  • Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Teamwork, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; APICS experience desired.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
