Own enterprise revenue in Mexico. Build the program. Win the market.

We're hiring a Country Manager to own Niva's business in Mexico end-to-end, with a primary focus on enterprise sales to banks, fintechs, telcos, and large marketplaces.

This is not a "sales rep" role. You will be the face of Niva in Mexico, responsible for landing and expanding our largest customers, building deep executive relationships, and creating the enterprise go-to-market engine that will power the majority of our revenue.

Mexico is Niva's first market so this role is critical to the success of the company.

About the Role

You will own Niva's revenue in Mexico. That includes:

  • Leading enterprise sales to banks, fintechs, telcos, and large marketplaces in Mexico.
  • Leveraging your existing relationships with banks and large institutions to open doors and accelerate deals.
  • Owning complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving risk, compliance, legal, procurement, and engineering.
  • Acting as the primary executive point of contact for Niva's largest Mexican customers.
  • Building and refining Niva's enterprise sales motion in Mexico — messaging, pricing, pilots, procurement strategy, and expansions.
  • Working closely with the CEO, product, and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on enterprise needs.
  • Laying the groundwork for a future sales team - hiring, mentoring, and scaling once the motion is proven.

This role comes with real autonomy and real accountability. You will be trusted to run the market like a GM.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You
  • Have 7+ years of experience selling enterprise software or infrastructure to banks in Mexico.
  • Have existing relationships with Mexican banks (C-level, risk, compliance, or innovation leaders).
  • Have personally closed complex enterprise deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Understand how banks in Mexico actually buy - procurement, risk, legal, pilots, and internal politics.
  • Take extreme ownership - you don't wait for enablement, leads, or perfect conditions.
  • Are comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping the playbook as you go.
  • Speak native or near-native Spanish; English proficiency required for working with global teams.
  • Want to build something enduring, not just hit quota.

Bonus points if you're an ex-founder or have sold KYB, KYC, fraud, compliance, or financial infrastructure products.
