THE POSITION  

Retention Specialist will be responsible for handling calls from customers who are requesting to cancel service. They must respond to customer inquiries and address service complaints in a timely manner.  

 WHAT TO EXPECT: 

• Quick recruitment process through video calls.

• Pay rate: MXN an hour

• Monthly Potential bonus:  Average performer: MXN $5,000 to MXN $8,000 | Top performer: MXN $10,000 to MXN $12,000

WHAT YOU BRING: 

• High English Proficiency
