En Growth HR estamos en la búsqueda de IA Agent Engineer para importante fintech de servicios financieros de México.

En su rol será responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar agentes autónomos de inteligencia artificial que interactúen de forma eficiente con usuarios, sistemas internos y flujos de información, aplicando frameworks de IA generativa, arquitectura de agentes, razonamiento y herramientas externas para potenciar la operación y la personalización de servicios.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Diseñar y construir agentes de IA autónomos y multiagente que resuelvan tareas específicas (ej: onboarding, análisis de riesgo, asistencia al cliente, conciliación de datos, scoring interno).
  • Desarrollar arquitecturas usando LLMs, RAG, memoria contextual, cadenas de herramientas y entornos externos.
  • Implementar soluciones basadas en frameworks como LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, entre otros.
  • Integrar agentes con APIs internas, bases de datos vectoriales (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) y sistemas core fintech.
  • Colaborar con data scientists, desarrolladores backend, diseñadores de experiencia y responsables de producto para asegurar una implementación funcional, útil y escalable.
  • Evaluar y ajustar el comportamiento del agente mediante tests A/B, evaluación de prompts, rendimiento, coste y latencia.
  • Mantenerse actualizado en IA generativa, agentes autónomos, herramientas open-source y mejores prácticas de seguridad y ética.

Experiencia:

  • años en desarrollo de soluciones de IA/ML.
  • año de experiencia específica en construcción de agentes IA o aplicaciones con LLMs.
  • Experiencia en fintechs, startups o empresas digitales es un plus. Deseable: cursos avanzados en GenAI, Agentes, NLP o modelos fundacionales.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • LLMs y GenAI: OpenAI (GPT-4), Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA.
  • Frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.
  • Vector DBs: Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate.
  • Integración: Python, APIs REST, JSON, FastAPI, Docker.
  • Técnicas: Prompt engineering, RAG, chaining, agents with memory, function calling.
  • Buenas prácticas en seguridad, autenticación y control de acceso.
