About the Role:

The Process Engineer in Production is a combination of manufacturing technology with management science and has the scope of engineering practices, aware of management challenges related to production optimizing production processes for the use of resources, scrap reduction, process improvements, poka-yoke design, material and/or product and process changes, production / machinery transfer, process validations and ad-hoc projects.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• In general, the Process Engineer is Key element in the Project Team and has the authority of suggesting
  changes to the product in cooperation with Denmark (BUID) and the local organization (BUD)

• Process Engineer in Production Transfer / Product changes. Contact person in Mexico when our plant in Denmark initiates a production transfer / product change.

• Development of validation documents - Analysis of results - preparation of validation reports - Coordination of IQ - OQ -PQ - Support maintenance documentation - Expert on the product to validate - Lead projects board MX -DK - Update Comments ( PQP's) - Generate and closing deviations - Use of good documentation practices .

• Perform validation of required processes.

• Product analyzing: Ensure machines capacity to achieve daily goals, failures in Process and reduction of scrap, rejections in the projects inspections which cause is not known, evaluation and study of movements and times for a better balance in production lines, work closely with related departments in a Self-Directed team environment to assess opportunities to improve the efficiency, output and manufacturing processes.

• To follow, develop and acting according to Quality Assurance System based on ISO 13485 and FDA CGMP regulations and to comply with the company Quality Policy.

About You:

As a person, you are structured, well organised, and have a holistic approach to problem-solving. You actively take the lead on tasks and independently engage with stakeholders to collect relevant information to scope and time activities.

You thrive in a cross-functional project environment and use your good communication skills to highlight the critical path of activities and prerequisites for performing the process development tasks. You are curious about new ways of doing things, continue to challenge the status quo and come forward with proposals and ideas.

You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills that will help you to develop robust processes. You understand the importance of good documentation practices and see the value in creating solid documentation

Qualifications/Education:

• Engineering degree in the Mechanical, Electronic or Industrial areas

• Maximum 4 years of experience in manufacturing plant.

• C1 written and spoken English INDISPENSABLE.

• Experience in production transfers PREFERRED.

• Experience in problem solving techniques

• Experience in project management.

• Familiar in the used of common compares software packages.

• Molding process knowledge PREFERRED.

• Experience in machinery

• Experience in project environments.

• Familiar in the use of SPC tools and Lean Tools

Working Conditions:

• On-site work at our plant.

• May have to work evenings & weekends.

• Availability to travel locally and internationally.
