Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Office Coordinator role located in Veracruz, VER. The Field Office Coordinator will oversee the daily coordination and administrative tasks of the office, ensuring efficient operation. Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance, managing phone communications, maintaining office equipment, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also involves liaising with various teams to support operations and maintaining accurate documentation and records for office activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and managing tasks efficiently
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling communications professionally
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment management and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with an orientation toward client satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with teams and clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive work environment
  • Experience in a professional office setting and basic organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering
  • English proficiency

This position requires 5-days at office schedule.
