We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Salesforce Team Developer at Marsh, you will involve designing the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations. You will also integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services and APIs, develop reusable Lightning Web Components, and provide support for Salesforce applications.

We will count on you to
:

  • Perform technical analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and support for Salesforce customizations and integrations leveraging Sales Cloud
  • Design the data model, user interface, business logic, and security for Salesforce customizations.
  • Perform Apex development, including interfaces, classes, controllers, and triggers while effectively managing platform governors and limits.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using web services, APIs, and AppExchange packages.
  • Develop reusable Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and HTML.
  • Provide Tier 3 support for Salesforce applications and manage service tickets needing escalation to Salesforce.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, developing a deep knowledge of the MMA instance and how it supports downstream and upstream systems.

What you need to have
:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Developer Certification.
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via web services and APIs.
  • Experience developing Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Advanced Level of English is a Must
