We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) business while supporting operations across key local marketplaces. This role requires strong hands-on Amazon experience, knowledge of local tax regulations, and the ability to drive sales through operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Amazon Mexico Vendor Central (VC) operations: catalog, inventory, POs, pricing & promotions
  • Ensure full compliance with local tax and platform regulations
  • Track daily KPIs, forecast inventory, and drive sales performance
  • Use Seller Central (SC) expertise to optimize listings and operational processes
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for growth
  • Support operations for Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool, and other marketplaces
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, finance, and product teams
  • Prepare regular performance reports and manage customer feedback & ratings

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of e-commerce operations or marketplace experience
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon Mexico VC and Amazon SC operations
  • Strong understanding of Mexican e-commerce tax rules & compliance
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Mercado Libre, Walmart, Coppel, Liverpool
  • Strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and execution mindset
  • Languages Required/Desired: Spanish & English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Experience in consumer electronics or working with Chinese brands is a plus
