Descripción del puesto

Funciones y responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y liderar soluciones logísticas integrales para lograr la recolección y entrega de mercancías en el tiempo requerido. Gestionar los costos logísticos para cumplir con los presupuestos y planes operativos.
  • Ampliar el conocimiento de la propia disciplina técnica para ejecutar políticas/estrategias. Puede incluir roles de apoyo con conocimientos técnicos especializados; aún adquiriendo un nivel superior de conocimientos y habilidades.
  • Comprensión básica de los principales impulsores del negocio; utiliza esta comprensión para realizar su propio trabajo. Buen entendimiento de cómo el trabajo del propio equipo se integra con otros equipos y contribuye al área.
  • Puede tener cierta autonomía para tomar decisiones dentro de un marco definido. Resuelve problemas en situaciones que requieren buen conocimiento técnico y juicio dentro de procedimientos establecidos. Consulta con miembros más experimentados del equipo para asuntos fuera de las instrucciones/parámetros definidos.
  • Un puesto en este nivel requiere buenas habilidades interpersonales y puede ser necesario liderar un equipo junior. Para roles orientados al cliente, desarrolla relaciones sólidas con los clientes y actúa como interfaz entre el cliente y GE. Explica información técnica a otros.

Calificaciones requeridas

  • La vacante requiere profesional en áreas administrativas, logísticas, ingenierías deseable con experiencia en el área logística al menos de 1 año
