Jr. BuyerEn Copeland estamos en búsqueda de un Jr. Buyer entusiasta y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo en Guadalajara. La persona seleccionada será responsable de apoyar el proceso de compra de materia prima, asegurar el cumplimiento con proveedores y dar seguimiento al manejo eficiente de inventarios.
Este rol es clave para garantizar el flujo adecuado de materiales que soportan la operación de la compañía.
Responsabilidades principales:Ejecutar compras de materia prima de acuerdo con las necesidades de producción.
Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra, tiempos de entrega y cumplimiento de proveedores.
Negociar con proveedores bajo lineamientos establecidos, buscando siempre calidad, costo y tiempo óptimos.
Monitorear niveles de inventario para prevenir faltantes o sobreinventario.
Colaborar con áreas internas (producción, almacén, logística) para asegurar la continuidad operativa.
Apoyar en la identificación de nuevos proveedores y evaluación de desempeño de los actuales.
Mantener registros precisos de órdenes, facturas y reportes de compras.
Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en compras
Conocimientos básicos en manejo de inventarios y control de materiales.
Habilidad para relacionarse y negociar con proveedores.
Manejo intermedio de Excel y sistemas ERP
Título en Materiales, Administración de empresas o afin.
Organización y atención al detalle.
Comunicación efectiva.
Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.
Trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados.
