Propósito del Rol: Garantizar la operación estable y segura de la infraestructura Windows Server, administrando servicios críticos, gestionando proyectos de migración, elevando la disponibilidad de los servicios y asegurando cumplimiento de políticas y auditorías.

Modalidad y condiciones

  • Ubicación: 100% presencial — corporativo Toreo
  • Horario: 9 am a 6 pm de L-V
  • Guardias: una vez cada mes y medio.
  • Semana de guardia en sitio 11 am – 8 pm.
  • Disponibilidad remota antes y después de jornada.
  • Fin de semana remoto salvo contingencia operativa presencial.
  • Contrato: 3 meses de prueba, posteriormente indefinido.

Responsabilidades

  • Administración integral de infraestructura Windows Server en data center.
  • Arquitectura, implementación, mantenimiento y seguridad de entornos Windows.
  • Gestión de servicios críticos asegurando alta disponibilidad (99.9%).
  • Administración de entornos entre 50–100 servidores físicos y virtuales.
  • Atención de incidentes complejos relacionados con ciberseguridad.
  • Análisis, diagnóstico y solución de fallas en servicios Windows.
  • Aplicación de políticas de hardening y cumplimiento normativo.
  • Migraciones desde Windows Server 2019.
  • Optimización de rendimiento de hardware y recursos virtuales.
  • Implementación de mejoras en disponibilidad y continuidad operativa.
  • Automatización mediante scripts avanzados en PowerShell.
  • Monitoreo de infraestructura mediante Zabbix, Grafana o Nagios.

Requisitos:

  • 6 a 10 años gestionando infraestructuras Windows.
  • Experiencia en centros de datos con más de 50–100 servidores.
  • Exchange 365 a nivel avanzado.
  • Active Directory: dominios, relaciones de confianza y gestión de identidad.
  • Gestión experta de GPOs.
  • Servicios de red: DNS, DHCP, WINS.
  • File Services: NTFS, cuotas y DFS.
  • VMware clusters de alta disponibilidad.
  • WSUS / SCCM para gestión de parches.
  • PowerShell avanzado.
  • Ciberseguridad y respaldo, hardening del sistema operativo.

Herramientas y tecnologías deseables

  • Licenciamiento Microsoft.
  • OpenShift.
  • Azure Backup.
  • Documentación técnica.
  • Experiencia previa en entornos de ciberseguridad.
  • ITIL v4 (deseable).

Certificaciones
