This role owns the design and implementation of advanced digital solutions to streamline processes, reduce manual tasks, and enhance operational efficiency across LOM. It also fosters cross-site collaboration and drives the adoption of innovative business intelligence practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact digital solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Define, document, and govern functional and decision-based process flows and solution documentation.
- Optimize, sustain, and continuously improve existing digital solutions by proactively managing risks and enhancements.
- Drive the digitalization and streamlining of operational and transactional processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and optimize business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision making and operational performance.
- Build and coordinate a site-level business intelligence network, promoting best practices, standardization, and capability development in digital tools.
Do you have what it takes?
- Strong experience in Digital Transformation projects in the manufacturing Industry with multinational companies or working with international teams.
- Engineering Degree and programming expertise desired or equivalent Experience.
- Proficient in Python or Visual Basic programming, with experience in automation, data analysis, workflow optimization, and handling large datasets using SQL, Dataverse, and Databricks.
- Strong analytical, data management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify end-to-end insights and scalable solutions.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to translate data into compelling, data-driven stories and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experienced project leader with a strong capability to mentor, motivate, and develop others while delivering results on time and within scope.
- Weekend and off shift working hours may be required during implementation phases. Some global travel might also be required.
- Great communication skills both in English and Spanish, and comfortable in presenting complex ideas
