Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing and sales enablement activities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working with visual content, keeping materials organized and updated, and supporting internal teams with clear, ready-to-use assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and update marketing and sales materials using Canva, including templates, exports, and final files prepared for print
  • Manage and maintain sales and marketing toolkits, including videos, collateral, and downloadable assets for customer use
  • Support the organization and upkeep of digital marketing libraries so materials are easy to find and access
  • Update presentations as needed and communicate changes or new versions through designated Slack channels
  • Assist with social media content, including post creation, basic graphic design, and scheduling
  • Support website maintenance tasks, ensuring content is updated and easy to manage
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather approvals and ensure brand consistency across all materials

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working with Canva for marketing or design purposes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assets and updates at once
  • Basic understanding of social media content and digital marketing principles
  • Comfortable communicating updates and coordinating with teams via Slack
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Drive)
  • Experience using project management tools such as
  • Understanding of LinkedIn as a primary social media and content platform
  • Exposure to content planning and basic budget tracking is a plus

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping marketing materials organized, visually polished, and easy for teams and customers to use, while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.
