SAP PP/QM –Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of clients facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
• Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.
• Advanced English level.
• Preferred

SAP PP

• SAP Production Planning and Manufacturing advanced process knowledge in at least 3 manufacturing scenarios (Discrete, Process or Repetitive manufacturing, KANBAN). Considering: Master data, MRP, Requirement, Production Orders and Capacity Planning, Factory Calendar, Costing integration.
• Hands-on experience on customizing configuration for SAP Production Planning functionalities for at least 3 manufacturing scenarios.
• Process experience and configuration on SAP General Logistic functionalities such as Material Management, Batch Management, Handling Units, Variant configuration.
• Worked on at least 5+ implementation of SAP Production Planning solution at least on configurations and testing phases. Desirable to have gathering and deployment experience.
• In case of not having implementation experience, have worked on at least 6+ years on a support project (ex. AMS) by monitoring tickets such as incidents, tasks, problems and/or enhancement.
• Able to navigate the system and solve issues related to IDOCs, outputs Standard tables.
• Experience in creating Functional Specifications for Reporting, Programs, or Interfaces.
• Experience in S/4 HANA project, at least in migration.
• SAP Production Planning for ECC or S/4 HANA.
• SAP standard procurement process.
• SAP Batch Management.
• Classification system.
• SAP Handling Units.
• Variant configurations.
• Costing integration.

SAP QM

• SAP Quality Management for S/4 HANA.
• Implementation Experience in SAP QM Configuration, Design, Implementation settings for Inspections and Quality Notifications for Discrete or Process Industries.
• Implemented the SAP QM Master Data - Catalogs, Inspection Plans, Material Specification, Sampling procedure, Sampling Scheme, Certificate of Conformances, Quality Info Records.
• Experience implementing the following SAP QM Processes - Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality control, Quality Notifications and Quality Reporting.
• Experienced in two or more of the following SAP QM Integrations - Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales and Distribution and Plant Maintenance.
