Buscamos un profesional con experiencia sólida en proyectos de transformación digital, enfocado en impulsar el uso estratégico de la Inteligencia Artificial para mejorar la eficiencia operativa, reducir costos y potenciar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar estrategias de digitalización y tecnologías emergentes
  • Evaluar, integrar y escalar iniciativas de IA y analítica avanzada
  • Diseñar modelos estadísticos y de machine learning alineados al negocio
  • Asegurar cumplimiento legal y ético en privacidad y transparencia de datos
  • Impulsar cultura data-driven y comunicar resultados a alta dirección

Requisitos

  • +5 años en transformación digital, IA o ciencia de datos
  • Formación en TI, Ingeniería o carrera afín
  • Manejo de Python, SQL y servicios en la nube (Azure deseable)
  • Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles, CI/CD y herramientas de gestión
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Certificaciones en IA o Ciencia de Datos (deseable)
