We Are Hiring: Program Manager – Automotive Industry

We are looking for an experienced
Program Manager
to lead and coordinate key programs within our organization, ensuring flawless execution aligned with customer expectations, internal standards, and established timelines. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced automotive environment.


Role Overview

The Program Manager will oversee all activities related to assigned programs, ensuring delivery according to specifications, schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. This person will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and serve as a bridge between the customer and internal functions, guaranteeing alignment and timely program execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate program deliverables, objectives, quality standards, and timing requirements to internal teams, customers, and management.
  • Manage and maintain the
    Master Program Timing
    and ensure alignment with milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with the
    Minth Program Management Gateway
    system.
  • Prepare program budgets, secure approvals, and track costs throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Monitor financial conformance to margin, tooling, capital, and development cost targets.
  • Communicate program financial issues and support resolution with the Account Manager and customer.
  • Lead regular program review meetings and delegate tasks to the program team.
  • Collaborate with product design teams and support engineering activities.
  • Support customer interactions as part of the product team.
  • Participate in early build events and assembly plant product launches.
  • Ensure compliance with
    APQP
    and
    TS-16949
    standards across all programs.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Technical degree and
    5+ years in Program Management
    or related fields.
  • Program Management Certification (preferred).
  • 3+ years in risk management
    , evaluating project risks, program timing, performance, and manufacturability.
  • Experience with optimization modeling for status reviews.
  • 3+ years analyzing financial statements
    , using regression models, and managing program budgets.
  • Strong understanding of
    full-cycle automotive engineering design
    (research to production planning).
  • Experience launching products with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Ability to lead engineering teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Willingness to travel globally.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management at all organizational levels.
  • Solid teamwork and ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of customer procedures, expectations, and APQP methodology.
  • Minth product experience is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
