Propósito del rol
Construir relaciones científicas de alto valor con líderes clínicos en Hematología, impulsar educación basada en evidencia, preparar el entorno para innovaciones terapéuticas y aportar insights estratégicos para decisiones clave. Este rol es ideal para quienes desean crecer, liderar e innovar desde el primer día, con impacto directo en la práctica médica y en el portafolio de J&J en México.

Detalles de la posición:

  • Ubicación: Ciudad de Mexico (Presencial)

  • Licencia de conducir vigente necesaria.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar (35%).

Responsabilidades clave

  • Comunicar evidencia científica robusta y responder preguntas complejas en interacciones peer to peer.

  • Acelerar la adopción de innovaciones terapéuticas y acompañar cambios en práctica clínica.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes estratégicos de territorio y relacionamiento con líderes de opinión.

  • Colaborar de forma transversal con equipos internos orientados a resultados.

  • Identificar centros de investigación y apoyar en actividades de reclutamiento.

  • Liderar sesiones educativas, eventos médicos y programas científicos.

  • Capturar insights relevantes sobre tendencias, necesidades clínicas, barreras y competencia.

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento ético y regulatorio en todas las interacciones.

Requisitos:

  • Grado en Medicina, Farmacia, Biotecnología o Ciencias Biomédicas (MD/PhD/PharmD es un plus).

  • Experiencia en investigación, docencia o atención a pacientes.

  • Capacidad sólida para interpretar y comunicar evidencia científica.

  • Compromiso de dedicación laboral de tiempo completo y ambición de carrera dentro de la compañía.

  • Autonomía, disciplina y enfoque en resultados.

  • Competencia digital y habilidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades.

  • Flexibilidad para trabajo de campo.

  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado.

Deseable:

  • Experiencia en Hematología

  • Experiencia con HCPs, gestión de proyectos o liderazgo lateral.
