We are seeking a versatile Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance our marketing operations, campaign execution, and analytics. You will manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, support demand generation initiatives, and improve visibility through SEO and AI-powered search. ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & RevOps
- Own and optimize HubSpot CRM including automation workflows, integrations, lead scoring, list segmentation, and dashboard reporting.
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, and routing.
- Develop triggered journeys, recycling programs, and alerting guardrails.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
- Document processes and contribute to SOP development.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics (e.g., MQL→SQL conversion, demo registrations, campaign performance).
- Analyze performance across website, campaigns, and channels using tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and external platforms (Google, social media, ecommerce tools, webinars, analytics, etc.).
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with email deliverability and consent standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, double opt-in, GDPR, etc.).
- Stay updated on HubSpot releases and implement new features when needed.
Web & Analytics Operations
- Build actionable dashboards in HubSpot to support data-driven decision-making.
- Track key KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution from e-commerce channels.
- Oversee CMS updates, redirects, tagging, and tracking.
- Implement GA4, GTM, and social media event tracking, conversion goals, and attribution models.
- Maintain reporting frameworks for web performance and funnel health, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
Campaign & Demand Generation
- Build and QA campaigns, emails, landing pages, and reusable templates.
- Own campaign tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate UTM usage and reporting across channels.
- Create basic marketing content (emails, landing page copy) to support campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to execute campaigns.
SEO & AI Search Optimization
- Own on-page SEO and conduct audits to improve visibility through keyword mapping and page optimization.
- Implement strategies for AI-powered search optimization (Bing, Copilot, Google, ChatGPT, etc.).
Paid Media & Social
- Schedule and publish social media posts, monitor engagement, and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to support execution.
- Set up and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Reddit.
AI Integration & Innovation
- Champion the adoption of AI tools in marketing—evaluate, deploy, and manage emerging solutions for content, analytics, and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS, tech, or digital marketing with hands-on experience in lead generation, analytics, automation, and CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
- Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms: GA4, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity
- Experience managing automation workflows and campaign tracking
- Solid understanding of SEO and AI search optimization
- Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance standards (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, double opt-in)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile team environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs) or IT resellers
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Experience with the Google ecosystem including Google Business and online review platforms
