Buscamos un SEO & PPC Manager con experiencia comprobable en SEO, Google Ads y Meta Ads, capaz de gestionar campañas activas de principio a fin. Este rol requiere una persona analítica, organizada y orientada a performance, con experiencia real (hands-on), no solo conocimiento teórico, así como la capacidad de comunicarse directamente con clientes en inglés a nivel intermedio.

El puesto es remoto; el candidato debe contar con equipo propio y conexión a internet estable.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Experiencia comprobable en SEO, Google Ads y Meta Ads
  • Manejo práctico de campañas activas (no trainee, no junior)
  • Conocimiento sólido de Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos
  • Organización y manejo de múltiples campañas
  • Comunicación clara y profesional
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma en modalidad remota
  • Google Search Console y Tag Manager
  • Experiencia con múltiples clientes o agencias (deseable)
  • Inglés intermedio: capaz de comunicarse con clientes de forma clara

Responsabilidades

  • Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads y Meta Ads
  • Gestionar estrategias SEO on-page y off-page
  • Investigación de keywords y estructura de campañas
  • Optimización continua de CTR, CPC, CPA, conversiones y ROAS
  • Implementar mejoras SEO técnicas y de contenido
  • Monitorear resultados y proponer acciones correctivas
  • Elaborar reportes claros con métricas y conclusiones
  • Coordinar con equipos internos (contenido, diseño, cuentas)
