We are currently searching for a Automation Lead – AI Testing:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for AI-based systems and applications.
  • Lead and guide QA automation activities, ensuring high test coverage and reliability across AI components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Developers to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Analyze and improve existing automation processes to align with AI testing requirements.
  • Stay updated with AI and prompt engineering trends, applying new methods to enhance automation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, including test planning, framework design, and test execution.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
  • Experience with AI or prompt engineering concepts — understanding how AI-driven systems behave and can be tested effectively.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Desired:

  • Exposure to AI model testing, validation, or monitoring tools.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based testing environments.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
