What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Architecture & Design (A&D) evolution, moving beyond simple bug fixes to architecting solutions that impact how the world's most iconic structures are designed and built. You will have the unique opportunity to grow your technical mastery in a supportive environment while seeing your code come to life in tangible, real-world construction projects.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Implement new, high-impact features and architect solutions for complex technical challenges that drive our A&D platforms forward.

• Collaborate & Refine: Participate in active code reviews and design doc creation, partnering with senior engineers to ensure world-class code quality and efficiency.

• Solve & Optimize: Take ownership of identifying and resolving software bugs of varying complexity, ensuring a seamless experience for our global users.

• Grow & Lead: Cultivate a deep "thirst for growth" by learning new skills and building productive relationships across internal and external teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Technical Foundations: 2+ years of professional experience with intermediate knowledge of at least one major programming language (e.g., C#, Java, or C++) and relevant frameworks.

• Documentation & Design: Ability to write clear design documents and translate complex technical information into straightforward, actionable insights for others.

• Problem Solving: Proven track record of fixing bugs and implementing features with a focus on long-term stability and system efficiency. Bonus Points For:

• Experience with 3D modeling software or CAD/BIM API development.

• A portfolio demonstrating personal projects or contributions to open-source software.

• Advanced knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure or CI/CD pipelines.
