Job Description

  • Part of SQM Plant without leading responsibility.
  • Introduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services.
  • Develop skills and competencies of the organization.
  • Support the continuous improvement process of all supplier quality related processes, guidelines and tools by internal audits, on site assessments, benchmarking and best practice sharing programs.
  • Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated.
  • Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management System.
  • Coordinate collection of the supplier related quality related costs (QRC).

Qualifications

  • Bachelo'rs degree in Electronic Engineering.

  • 5 years experience in SQM for dedicated technology or comparable experience.


  • Experiences in continuos improvement, industrial engineering, production, escalation management.
  • Capability to work with different cultures.
