Job DescriptionAbout the team:
The Financial Analyst team ensures all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encouraging excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance and are responsible to analyze cost information to define proper cost of products or services.
What can you look forward to as a Senior Financial Analyst:
- Execute/ define day-to-day finance processes (e.g. preparation and analysis of financial reports in the context of plant controlling)
- Supporting Plant Controlling team
- Supporting cost control and optimization efforts
- Participating in financial planning and budgeting activities
- Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring alignment with corporate standards
- Extract, analyze, and visualize financial data from SAP, ensuring timely delivery of investment, material, sales and expense reports
- Execute closing tasks, including Cost Center Assessments, Material Ledger reconciliation and purchase controlling MEC activities
- Perform risk management activities, including ICS controls, CO Settlements and other mitigation processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience in plant controlling, manufacturing controlling, financial reporting, forecasting, or controlling other processes
- University degree in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration
- Strong expertise in SAP workflows
- Expertise in Power BI and Excel solutions with knowledge of reporting automation
- Knowledge on Business Inteligence or Data Analytics
- Accounting expertise with proficiency in factory-specific reporting
- Advanced collaboration and time management skills to meet operational deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; additional languages as a plus
