Job Description

Impulsar el proceso de mejora continua relacionado con garantizar apego a la Política y Visión de EHSS para lograr una Cultura Total de Seguridad. Mantener y dar soporte al equipo en las tareas relacionadas a Cumplimiento legal y Corporativo así como desarrollar e implementar Programas de Prevención de Lesiones, Enfermedades y control de Contaminación, trabajando con los diferentes departamentos. Los resultados especificos incluyen la mejora continua de la seguridad, de la salud y bienestar así como de la protección ambiental, la calidad, el costo, el flujo del proceso y la entrega del producto a tiempo.

Responsabilidades:

1. Administración general de trabajos de Alto Riesgo.

2. Mantener programas de Prevención de lesiones en manos, de Adm de Cambios (MOC) y Análisis de Riesgos (JSA/JHA)

3. Programar y cumplir Auditorias de cumplimiento permanentes 

4. Desarrollo de escenarios para simulacros periódicos programados 

5. Participación activa en Comité de Manejo de Emergencias.

6. Capacitador interno en temas de EHSS

7. Elaboración de Requisiciones y Seguimiento a Órdenes de Compra.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o a fin

Experiencia al menos 3años en puestos similares 

1. Ser una persona persuasiva para lograr involucrar y lograr los proyectos asignados

2. Planeación y desarrollo de situaciones que puedan comprometer a la empresa reportando oportunamente cualquier desviación a los valores

3. Integridad en el manejo de investigaciones

4. Aplicación de 5S´s en su estación y en sus áreas de responsabilidad

5. Ingles intermedio
