Meaningful Work From Day One:

This role supports the Sr. E-commerce Manager by partnering with the Mexico National Sales Manager and Sales Team to develop and execute the E-commerce plan. The role focuses on the day-to-day execution of the strategies required to grow Brown Forman's presence in the main marketplaces (Amazon and Mercado Libre), as well as expand sales in aggregators (Rappi, Uber Eats) and B&Cs , , etc.). Will be responsible for requesting the necessary designs for communication campaigns in the marketplaces and for continuous changes in our Brown Forman in-store. Have strict control of the Channel ́s budget (A&P / TMF), having perfect control of the "Chequera", including Purchase orders, payments, and Money transfers to clients.

What You Can Expect:

  • Manage the online sales of Brown-Forman brands on Mercado Libre and Last Milers, is responsible for assuring an optimal level of inventory in the different warehouses to avoid out of stocks.
  • Analyze prices as a key part of daily activities, to ensure getting the "Buy Box".
  • Implements the annual joint business plan with monthly result presentations to the brands.
  • Elaborates and updates "sales forecast" according to market, customer, and company trends.
  • Supervises "Discount planning" in B&Cs, in line and with constant communication with the client ́s KAM. Anticipates the requesting of all design and communication materials in advance to our design team to be sent on time to the stakeholders. Assuring they meet the approval from legal, compliance, and marketing.
  • Defines optimal SKU listing, ensuring that the right images and descriptions are uploaded in cooperation with the Digital shelf specialist.
  • Manage the E-Premise "budget," ensuring optimal administration, including planning, purchase orders, and payments. The amounts must be strictly applied by brand and client.
  • Checks the Ratings and Reviews: Keeps track of our clients ́s websites/apps for new capabilities for the brands to communicate, including the possibility to include Ratings and reviews.
  • Gathers information from promotional activities and performs proper analysis to identify learnings to be applied in the following promotions.
  • Makes a daily track and analysis of the information for the marketplaces, last milers, and B&Cs reported in the different dashboards and sources of information.
  • Reports monthly to the key stakeholders on the activities in the marketplaces.
  • Shares learning and best practices on communications initiatives (media and content) across global, market, and regional. Encourages cross-market communication and sharing.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent in Sales, E-Commerce, Marketing, Trade, or similar
  • 2+ years of experience working in media/marketing or e-commerce disciplines. Experience in sales is a plus.
  • Some experience working with e-commerce platforms.
  • Administration and budget control.
  • Strategic thinking across media, social, online video, CRM, search, website, data and analytics, content, and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and brand growth strategy.
  • Expert user of spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Intermediate-advanced English Language is required
