• Lead and develop local accounting teams across multiple sites.

What makes you great

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, controllership, or audit — ideally in manufacturing or multi-site companies.
• Strong command of IFRS, internal controls, and corporate reporting.
• Analytical thinker with a continuous-improvement approach.
• Proven leadership and ability to operate under high-demand environments.
• Advanced English required for regional/global interaction.
