Inventory Coordinator

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities
The main objectives of this profile are:
- Verify that the physical inventories in the plant, materials to be consignment with suppliers match what is shown in the SAP system.
- Monitoring of declarations with production and transfers in MII that are correct and do not generate differences in inventories by warehouses.
- Tracking of monoliths to be obtained in the plant (Stock reliability).
- Monitoring of negatives in SAP system.
- Daily monitoring of error reports in SAP.
- Guarantee the administration and control of the monoliths in the plant, considering the scrap monoliths that must be sent to be refined in order to recover the precious metals.
- Cyclical counts: will be responsible for analyzing and coordinating all cyclical counts according to the program of all productive components; in addition, all the differences generated and previously approved of production components must be adjusted in the SAP system
- It will have the authorization to adjust in the SAP system the differences that arise in CRIB type materials (consumables) according to inventories and authorized differences delivered by the MRO warehouse managers in the plant.

Minimum education Level
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering
Professional Experience
- Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting
Skills And Competencies
- English language required
- Knowledge of logistics tools and systems, such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
