Job Objective:

Ensure effective control, analysis, and reporting of manufacturing and operational costs, providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making, cost optimization, and profitability improvement, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in cost control, cost analysis, or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting and inventory control.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Availability to support operational and inventory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing process run.
  • Finished chemical report (Retan).
  • Foam, packaging, and Mossback (cutting) materials report.
  • Absorption report.
  • Retan and finishing shrinkage report.
  • PPV report.
  • Substitution report.
  • Variance report.
  • Cash request for traveling personnel.
  • Expense report review.
  • Payment submission.
  • Inventory adjustments.
  • Preparation of journal entries for accruals.
  • Inventory reconciliation.
  • Submission of vacuum dry policy.
  • Chemical performance report.
  • Physical inventory activities: generation of count numbers, closing count numbers, preparation of tags, and assignment of counters for each area.
